NOA TRAINING, a training center for professionals supporting Japanese offshore wind industry, will open in November 2024 on Ioujima, Nagasaki city being supported by the Nippon Foundation.
In conjunction with this, a website has been set up to introduce the facilities, instructors and course content, and at the same time applications for courses are being accepted.
